Bloom sells joyful, colorful home goods, but their old storefront felt slow and generic. The redesign had to convert without losing the play.

I handled design and the full-stack headless build, pairing a fast commerce backend with a distinctly Bloom front end.

Challenge

Personality and performance usually pull against each other rich visuals are heavy, and heavy pages lose sales.

We invested in image strategy, edge rendering, and disciplined motion, so the site felt lively and still loaded instantly.

Process

We rebuilt the product and checkout flows around clarity and speed, then layered in the brand’s texture and motion.

A component-driven build let merchandisers compose new landing pages without engineering.

Result

Conversion rose nineteen percent and average load time dropped to under a second on mobile.

Bloom kept its charm and finally had the numbers to match.
